A bare trunk topped with strange leaves. A game of lines and transparencies, the rustling corolla spreads out like a cloud of branches, a parasol of fine lace in which the light plays in the jardins de l’Europe. Like its natural brothers, this wire and wood tree shelters and protects.

Bob Verschueren, born in 1945 is an internationally recognised contemporary Belgian artist. Today, more than 350 of his in-situ installations can be seen throughout Europe and beyond.
