Didzis Jaunzems’ installation is a pavilion made of hundreds of pieces of wood assembled to create 9 remarkable, 6-meter-high elements. Together, these elements form a circle where visitors can come sit. An invitation to contemplate and meditate.
Didzis Jaunzems is Latvian. In 2012 he created his own architectural firm, DJA. He has contributed to exhibits in parks and universities in France, Moscow, and various Central European countries. He has been awarded the Latvian Architecture Prize three times.
